He co-founded a venture in the HR Tech space, gaining valuable entrepreneurial insights over two years. His career spans a wide range of industries, including Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Edutech, HR Consulting, Staffing & Recruitment, E-commerce, Healthcare, and IT/ITES. He holds postgraduate degrees in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2018) and Symbiosis Pune (2009).
