Aryabhatta College has nominated Raman Bhatia for the Expert Committee based on National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP)

Aryabhatta College of Delhi University has released its list of nominated members for the Aryabhatta College Innovation Startup Policy Development Committee based on National Innovation and Startup Policy (NISP) guidelines under the aegis of the Ministry of Education. Raman Bhatia, Founder and Managing Director, Servotech Power Systems Limited has been nominated as a member of this development committee.

The 14 member committee set up by the Aryabhatta College includes other notable dignitaries, including faculty from Aryabhatta College and stalwarts from Industry, Academia, and Civil Society for making the Education Ecosystem more Start-up and Entrepreneurial friendly.

Today, many visionary students aspire to run their own businesses, mainly because they seek autonomy, financial stability, and vocational flexibility. Indeed, some of these millennials will inherit their family business, hoping to fortify and extend the legacy. On the contrary, few will launch a startup to serve an emerging need of society. The National Innovation and Startup Policy launched by the Ministry of Education aims to promote and support innovations and entrepreneurs right from the college level. This committee will actively engage students, faculty, and staff in innovation and entrepreneurship-related activities.
