Exchange / Returns Policy
- We believe in providing quality merchandise at fair price to our customers.
- Exchange / Returns will be made only against a valid receipt.
- Products sourced exclusively on confirmed customer order will not be returned / exchanged.
- Warranty/Guarantee will be governed by the terms & conditions of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.
- We issue only credit note(s) against the product(s) returned.
- In case of loss of credit note(s), no duplicate will be issued.
- Delivery charges and additional octroi charges (if any) are not refundable.
- Management reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
- All credit card transaction disputes have to be settled within 48 hours from the date of transaction.
- Warranty will be governed by the terms & conditions as mentioned on the Home Delivery challan / Invoice/ bill.
- In the event of any dispute, the same shall be subject to .Delhi Jurisdiction.
Frequently Asked Questions – Cancellation & Returns
1. Can I change / cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement, before the order has shipped. We will cancel the order and start the refund process.
Any requisition cannot be admitted after 24 hrs / or after the shipping process has started.
2. What if I have received a physically damaged product?
We undergo an extensive quality check process so be rest assured that the products are up to the international standards and post that they are dispatched to you. However in any rare case (due to any handling issue of the LED Lights), you receive a damaged product, please contact us on 9818680044 within 3 days of receipt of your order and email us a few photographs along with the PO , Invoice number and item details at email@example.com for us to assess the extent of damage.
Depending upon the type of damage we shall send necessary parts / replacement or send our expert technicians to assess and fix the issue.
4. What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?
Please don’t accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern on 9818680044 within 3 days of receipt and email us a few photographs along with the PO, Invoice number and item details at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look into the issue and get back to you soon.
4. What if I receive a faulty/defective product?
In case you receive a faulty product, we request you to contact on our customer service number 9818680044 within 3 days of receipt of your order else send us mail at email@example.com. We will arrange a check up &inspect the product within 5 working days of receipt of your complaint .If the product is found to be faulty/defective, we’ll set that ok at site itself , will get its functioning checked in the presence of end user & handover same .
In case it is beyond repairing same may be replaced with another ok piece.
If still it is not acceptable to client then we will issue a credit note, as per your request.
Following are the terms and conditions for return/replacement.
- Products must be in their original condition
- Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted
- Brand packaging should be intact
*Replacements will be made based on availability of that product on the website
5. What if I do not like the product?
We, at SERVOTECH LED Lights, work to ensure that you get what you asked for .
We do not offer exchanges and credit notes for such circumstances (unless the product was damaged on arrival and we are unable to replace the item)
