SERVOTECH LED Lights motivation lies in customer satisfaction. Our Customer complaint group follow-up for customers complaints and suggestions rigorously and ensures that complaints are addressed in a timely manner.
At SERVOTECH LED Lights, we value customer relationships and leave no stone unturned to ensure that our customers have a pleasant experience. Our customer service team is trained to respond to every call, complaint and feedback we receive from our clientele.

Service Mechanism for Distributor:-
a. At the time of delivery of material, 2 % buffer stock of total ordered quantity will be given to distributor.
b. Whenever failure of any product is reported , that will be replaced from this stock . I.e. following one is to one replacement rule.
c. Faulty product is to be returned to us for getting its replacement so that buffer stock is maintained at all the timed
d. We shall carry out review of buffer stock on or after every 15 th day in order to make sure that level of buffer stock is maintained.
e. In case of any technical / operating problem our service help line can be contacted for guidance or finding solution.
Other Terms & condition:-
a. If Any Product (in full or partially ) is damaged or tempered due to mishandling , operating under improper condition ( high temperature, high surges, etc) ,dripping of water / liquid / tea/ coffee etc then warranty awarded to that will be null & void . However replacement against such product can be given on chargeable bases.
b. Whenever any faulty product is sent to us, copy of Invoice against which that was purchased should also be sent. Without Invoice warranty may not be considered.
c. To & Fro transportation / courier charges of shipment of faulty & replacement is to be borne by distributor .
